A surgery called “Endoscopic Penis Enlargement” is now drawing a considerable attention after the introduction to our country. There was a defect in the previous penis enlargement surgery to leave a big surgical scar on the penis which is visible even when it is not in the state of erection since some part of the penis should be incised to implant the dermis fat in the patients’ own buttocks.
It was reported that 264 patients suffering from the dwarf penis had the surgery until 27th of Nov. 2000 and there was no side-effects like necrosis or an inflammation to be found.
Kim JaeYeong, the director of Kim JaeYeong Urology Clinic, told that “we have a plan to arrange and combine the clinical results systematically to apply for the U.S. patent and we are confident that we will get it easily with our “Endoscopic Penis Enlargement Surgery,” considering the previous surgical method acquired already the U.S. patent.”

The existing penis enlargement surgery was difficult to decide in whether to perform the operation or not in anxiety that after operation 5% of the patient have suffered from the side-effects such as the inflammations, the skin necrosis, shrunk penis due to the decrease of the fat tissues. Especially it was noted the scar left after the operation was a great disadvantage. In comparison with this, “endoscopic penis enlargement surgery” left no scar on the penis, having the advantage to minimize the side-effects by an anesthetic with just one hour of operation, which lessened the previous operation time by half.

The surgery is simpler than we expect. It just come to an end by injecting the tissues to the penis through the pubic bone from the pubic part incised for the endoscope after the removal of some pubic hairs below a navel. The implanted tissues become 100% alive to solve the thickness and length problems perfectly at a time.
The previous surgery tried to extend the length of the penis by cutting the suspensory ligament, which could be the major causes of vascular damages or impotence in some cases, while such a cutting is not included in this surgery.
The material used to extend the length of penis is called Gore Tex, which has diverse applications in some plastic surgeries. The proper amount of this material is inserted to the area between the pubic bone and the suspensory ligament in order to prevent permanently the side-effect that the length of the penis becomes shrunk as time goes by
Mr. Kim told that “Endoscopic Penis Enlargement Surgery has some advantages to make the penis look natural after the surgery without leaving any scar on it. The painful and uncomfortable experiences from the bad side-effects like skin necrosis or inflammation after the surgery for several months are just an old story now”.
